Terms & Conditions.

1. Quotations and booking

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed and any required deposit has been paid.

2. Access and safety

The customer must provide safe access to the areas requiring treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or abort work if the site is unsafe for our technicians or the public.

3. Treatment outcomes

Pest control results can vary depending on the pest species, level of infestation, proofing, and environmental factors. While we use professional methods and best practice, we cannot guarantee complete eradication in every case. Follow-up visits may be required.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Out-of-hours emergency callouts cancelled at short notice may be charged in full.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, consequential losses, or issues arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless a credit account has been agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer, card, and cash payments.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to your booking will be the version published on our website at the date of booking.
